Judy Lewis has been performing in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area since 1994 and has been a voiceover artist since 2020. Most of her work has been based in musical comedy (she just appeared in late 2023 as Frau Blucher in Young Frankenstein), but she has lately returned to non-musicals full force with roles like Finley Gray in Keegan Theatre's The Wilting Point, Deena in Almost, Maine and Egeus in A Midsummer Night's Dream. In voiceover, she's played a variety of characters with the Twisted Tales of Madness & Murder Presents podcast, as well as in other sci fi podcasts and historic/museum installations, and has also done corporate video voiceovers. 

 

She has an excellent sense of comic timing and takes on accents and characters with ease for animation and character work (listen to her character reel) but she also has a background working in the association world in sales and client relationships, so she can bring a sense of grounding and professionalism to corporate videos,

e-learning, IVR, and promotional videos. And if you need a character to sing? She does that too!

 

Judy has also supported the arts as a past Board member for The Arlington Players and currently for the Lubber Run Amphitheatre Foundation, and has fought for arts funding and spaces in front of the Arlington County Board.
